DTF
Direct To Film

What is Direct to Film?
A graphic is printed onto a piece of film. This pre-printed film is binded to the garment through heat and pressure. This creates a long-lasting and detailed graphic that can be placed on an array of garments. 
Why I prefer DTF designs -

  • Versatile: DTF transfers can be applied to a wide range of fabrics and colors.

  • Durable: DTF prints are long-lasting and have high wash and wear resistance.  

  • Elastic: DTF prints are elastic and won't crack when the fabric stretches.  

  • Eco-friendly: DTF printing can reduce waste and energy consumption compared to traditional printing methods

Embroidery

At Osbornes I digitize all my own designs in house! From professional logos to fun designs, there is nothing I can't do for you! I run a 15 head Ricoma TC 1501, which is one of the best embroidery machines on the market!

It is important to note, I am currently only offering laser engraving on acrylic sheets!
